This is a free event designed for, and delivered by, nursing staff within the public clinical mental health workforce in Victoria, (staff employed at Area Mental Health Services, Forensicare or mental health staff from RCH). If allied health staff choose to attend, they must take into consideration their own discipline's requirements and standards regarding supervision. Note: this training is not intended for the Lived Experience Workforce.

This training program is being offered as a series of 3 full day workshops.
The aims are to prepare clinicians for the dual roles of clinical supervisee and supervisor through an experiential process of engaging in clinical supervision practice within this workshop.
The course provides an opportunity to explore models, concepts and principles as both supervisee and supervisor within a structured supported environment designed to reflect and model clinical supervision.

NOTE: TO REGISTER FOR THIS TRAINING IT IS A PRE-REQUISITE TO HAVE COMPLETED THE 2 DAY 'Introduction to Clinical Supervision' TRAINING OR SHOW EVIDENCE THAT YOU HAVE SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE AS A SUPERVISEE. REGISTRATION FOR 'Introduction to clinical supervision' SHOULD OCCUR SEPARATELY. PLEASE ONLY REGISTER FOR THIS ADDITIONAL 3 DAY WORKSHOP IF YOU ARE ABLE TO COMMIT TO THE FULL 3 DAYS.
